Events By Axel sells digital website templates. Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once your template link has been delivered or accessed. This is industry standard for digital goods and complies with Shopify's Digital Goods Policy.

While we can't offer refunds, we DO offer 100% setup support. If you have any issue accessing, copying, or customizing your template, contact us at support@eventsbyaxel.com with your order number.
